Thursday, Jan. 21st, 1:00 - 5:00

(reception following, 5:00 - 7:00)

Friday, Jan. 22nd, 11am - 2:00 pm

Move-In for Exhibitors:

Tuesday, 01/19, 8am-5pm (Equipment & Plant Material Vendors)

Wednesday, 01/20, 8 am to 5 pm (All Vendors)

Thursday, 01/21, 8 am to 12 noon (All Vendors)

ALL Exhibits Must Be Completely Set Up by Noon on Thursday

When you arrive for move-in at the Convention Center on Tues or Wed, the left hand lane of traffic on 9th Street will be blocked for your convenience. The unloading facilities will only handle 3 vehicles at a time, so please do not leave your vehicle unattended longer than absolutely necessary. It is not permitted to use carts for move-in or move-out through the front lobby.

We will have visqueen available to place under any plant material or any products required to have it underneath them on the trade show floor.
