Teton Trees Internal/External Sales Position

The Internal/External Sales Position will be responsible for handling assigned sales accounts and helping outside sales persons with whatever tasks are required to meet sales and profit goals. The Internal/External Sales Position will be required to:

  • Handle all aspects of assigned customer accounts including:
    • All communication with customer
    • Timely orders and estimates
    • Aggressively upsell and sub every item possible
    • Be willing to source material when appropriate
    • Communicate all needs promptly with the shipping department
    • Do quality checks on the dock
    • Have a next action step for each customer for future growth
  • Be proactive in finding new customers within any areas assigned by the sales manager.
  • Keep a running sales log to be reviewed by Sales Manager and General Manager every week.  Must include:
    • Contact time of every customer contacted that week
    • Contact report of every potential customer contacted that week
    • Future contact plan for all potential and current customers
    • Next step action to be taken with each potential and current customer
  • Be able to assist outside sales reps in any issues they may require, such as:
    • Take Pictures
    • Write up Orders and Estimates
    • Do quality/quantity checks
    • Flag material when necessary
  • Update and Report any statistical information as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Teton Trees LLC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years business to business sales experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Aggressive and energetic personality with the drive to bring in new sales

POSITION SUMMARY

The College of Western Idaho is looking for an adjunct faculty member to teach Annuals and Perennials, and other Horticulture courses in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Successful candidates are required to use the Blackboard learning platform for grading, posting office hours, making announcements, etc. The successful candidate may be asked to teach M-F during the day or evening, or Saturday at any of the College of Western Idaho’s campus locations. To reach a broad range of students, the College of Western Idaho encourages instructors to explore alternative teaching styles and methods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB   

  • Teach contracted credit load of courses in accordance with the descriptions published in the CWI catalog
  • Utilize outcomes assessment measures
  • Participates in instructional evaluation processes
  • Meet all scheduled classes promptly with any deviations promptly and accurately communicated through the appropriate channels
  • Monitor and record student progress, maintain accurate records and adhere to the College of Western Idaho’s deadlines for such procedures

SPRINKLER TECH POSITION –

Position Summary: Repair and Maintenance of Residential & Commercial Irrigation Systems. Irrigation Technicians must have a strong work ethic, and enjoy interacting with customers.

Essential Position Functions:

  • Install systems and ensure they function efficiently.
  • Repair and maintain valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, and performing pump repairs.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied completely through effective communication, relationship building, and regular site visits.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to operate, lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 50 pounds of landscape material and equipment
  • Ability to start and use all irrigation power equipment without aid from others.
  • Ability to make frequent repetitive movements with the left and right hand, wrist, ankle, and knee.

POSITION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of three years experience working with residential and commercial irrigation systems.
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.-Irrigation Certification is a plus.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.-Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely maneuver a truck and trailer to and from jobsite(s).

We work between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday Through Friday and have weekends off.

Landscape Service Manager – Full Time with Benefits at Power Enterprises Inc.

Work Location- Boise, Nampa and Surrounding Area

This position will work in all areas of landscape &irrigation: installation, irrigation service and repair, system activations, system winterizations, sales and customer service. Knowledge of irrigation, grading, plant identification, planting and sod techniques and drainage is a must. You will train and manage service technicians in the diagnosis and repair of irrigation systems and water features.

The Service Manager is a working manager who is responsible for scheduling, working their own service orders, while managing the service technicians and be able to provide technical support to technicians and installation crews. The manager will train, both safety & technical, as well as quality control for all service staff.
